Ningdeli Spring currently operates two major production bases: Zhejiang Ningdeli Spring Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Ningdeli Spring Co., Ltd. As a national high-tech enterprise, we specialize in the manufacturing technology of high-precision springs and metal stamping. We assist customers in optimizing and resolving challenges related to functional core elastic components through technological innovation. The company is certified under the IATF 16949:2016 quality management system, ensuring consistent product quality stability.


Our products are primarily used in various fields including healthcare, aerospace, electronics, electrical appliances, automotive, home appliances, office stationery, communication equipment, and new energy. We serve customers worldwide, with domestic clients mainly located in the Yangtze River Delta in East China and South China, and international customers primarily based in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.


The company possesses nearly 200 imported high-precision intelligent spring machines and fully computerized spring production equipment, enabling us to manufacture high-precision springs and precision hardware products with wire diameters ranging from 0.03mm to 6.0mm. Additionally, we are equipped with multiple AOI automated inspection systems and fully automated hydrocarbon cleaning machines to meet customers' stringent requirements for product quality and detail.

    In 2004, Ningdeli’s predecessor, Ningdeli Electronic Spring Factory, was established in Hongqiao Town, Yueqing City, mainly producing springs for automotive components and electronic switches.

    In 2007, the company was renamed Yueqing Ningdeli Electronics Co., Ltd., focusing on the production of springs for household appliances.

    In 2011, the company was renamed Yueqing Ningdeli Spring Manufacturing Co., Ltd., expanding its production to speaker springs, pen tip springs, automotive electrical springs, and optical springs (inductive coils).

    In 2015, as business volume steadily increased, the product portfolio grew to include capacitor electromagnetic pen springs, automotive component springs, and solenoid valve springs.

    In 2016, a Dongguan branch was established, adding product lines such as mechanical keyboard springs, keyboard springs, automotive electronic springs, home appliance springs, and medium- to high-voltage electrical springs.

    In 2021, the Zhejiang factory was relocated to the First Industrial Zone of Danxi Town, Yueqing City. At the same time, new projects were launched, including VR spring R&D, 5G communication springs, medical precision springs, and intelligent security springs.

    In 2023, the company’s total number of production equipment exceeded 170 units, earning honors such as National High-tech Enterprise and Technology-based Enterprise. During this stage, the company also introduced new products such as car seat belt springs and smart door springs.
